  As I was reading over the reviews before I decided to contact this law firm I thought maybe.... Some people just had a bad experience and maybe my husband case will be handled different. But it wasn't my husband case was opened in January and from January until now his case was dropped for what Mrs Deloris G you are right this business will not prosper they have u thinking they are working on your case then get u pumped up like u GETTING some money at first they called my husband letting him know about his case then a month go by he still have not heard anything then he calls them and the case manager that he was assigned to could not ever get a hold of him we left messages he never called back so we called back talk to somebody else so the case manager is no longer his manager they gave his case to another person and I was so mad because the communication in that place is awful they will not call!!! Or let u know sh!#&$ you have to run them down then had my husband case almost 6 months then dropped it because they couldn't represent it anymore and told him that he will have to find another attorney why did u take the case if u were not going to help him. So I would not!!! Recommend this Law Firm to anybody they are a bunch of sh!#$ and don't bother waisting your time!!!

  Amanda Spears, My case Manager at Shane Smith Law firm, is awesome and gets the job done, I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for them. I was in the ER once a week before I phoned them and I can't put into words how much they have helped and done for me, anyone not happy with their Law Firm, please call Shane Smith.   I had a exceptional experience with Shane Smith. I had an accident and I was not trying to get rich. My goal was to recover my medical and pain treatment bills. They helped me to recover a reasonable settlement for pains and medical bills. Moreover Shane Smith customer service and case manager were very helpful and friendly. All of my work was done either on the phone, emails or mails. You have to take into consideration that insurance companies have group of lawyers working for them. Your case must have legitimate medical treatment and pain management to recover your expenses.
